A reasonableestimate of the current base salary is $250,000. This role offers asignificant variable compensation opportunity, including but notlimited to commissions, production bonuses, and an incentive plan.Total cash compensation for high performers has historically rangedfrom $500,000 to $750,000. Additional compensation may include otherdeferred compensation components.
