Job Title
Detailed JD - Work directly with customers, vendors, and other trading partners to exchange EDI documents like 850s Experience in Oracle ERP and Sterling integrator. Purchase Orders and 810s Invoices Build and Audit Maps Support customers with new EDI integrations Mostly our key accounts Trading Partner Support New integrations and Projects Collaborate with internal employees and trading partners to establish EDI and API connections from the customer's back end systems to GFS backend systems Analyze the customers needs and coordinate between trading partners and networks to provide the requirements for the integration teams to create mapping of customers documents Provide testing analysis and support Provide technical subject matter expertise to various internal initiatives and project teams
Responsibilities: To resolve the tickets raised as per the defined standards of time| cost and quality for increased customer satisfaction. To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
