Highlights Location: Jefferson Hills, PA Facility: Jefferson Hospital Schedule: Full-time What You'll Do Assess human responses and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care. Provide leadership in a professional practice setting. Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels. Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care or health services. Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives. Utilize the nursing process to develop patient care plans. Analyze health status and determine patient care needs. Document changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel. Participate in systematic peer review and seek feedback on practice. Promote compassionate communication that is patient and family-centered. Requirements Education: Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC). Experience: Preferred certification in area of specialty. Licenses & Certifications: CPR certification required. Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate. Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate. Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
