Guest Services Concierge

Position Summary: The Concierge serves as a key ambassador of the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort experience, delivering personalized, anticipatory service that exceeds guest expectations. This role is responsible for curating memorable stays by assisting with reservations, recommendations, and special requests while embodying Omni’s culture of genuine hospitality.
