This is an in-office position.

$105,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring each case receives the attention and strategy it deserves.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop innovative legal strategies that align with client goals.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom presentations.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, advocating passionately for their interests.
• Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the litigation process.

• Experience in commercial litigation and insurance defense, with a minimum of three years in the field.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently, ensuring each case is handled with precision and care.
• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain open and effective dialogue with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Ability to represent clients confidently in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Expertise in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with partners and fellow attorneys to develop innovative legal strategies.
• Any other languages (Preferred).

License/Certification:

• Bar (Required).

Work Location:

• Hollywood, FL, with a Hybrid opportunity after 90 days, pending performance.
