Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients ranging from children to older adults using recognized assessments and profound observational methods.

Design individualized treatment strategies that cater to both immediate and long-term communicative, cognitive, or swallowing goals.

Deliver dedicated speech therapy focused on varied elements such as language, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and family members, to ensure holistic care.

Guide and educate patients and families to sustain progress beyond therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and treatment, providing consistent care throughout the patient's therapeutic journey.

Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and federal standards, alongside organizational protocols.

Continuously engage with recent developments in speech-language pathology through professional development activities and peer interactions.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified yet.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) awarded by ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within one month of employment.

Extensive knowledge of evidence-based practices applicable across all ages, with a deep comprehension of both developmental and acquired disorders.

Superb interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues.

Adept at modifying therapeutic approaches to resonate with various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate clinical challenges with sound judgment.
