About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead a pivotal transformation in its market positioning. The successful candidate will be instrumental in rapidly shifting the company's identity from a private cloud infrastructure leader to a full-stack AI infrastructure provider. This role demands a visionary who can not only manage a marketing function but has a proven track record of building a brand's presence and influence in the industry. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for owning the narrative, crafting the strategic messaging, and ensuring that the company is at the forefront of the conversation in the AI and cloud-native space. They will be expected to lead the marketing efforts for both enterprise and CSP/Neocloud businesses, with a focus on long-cycle and fast-moving, technically sophisticated buyers. Applicants for this role at the company should have a deep understanding of the rise of cloud-native technologies, particularly Kubernetes and containers, and a hands-on experience in the AI infrastructure domain, including GPU orchestration and model serving. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes experience with high-growth startups, a strong technical acumen, and a proven ability to deliver measurable results. The role also requires a strategic approach to building and activating an industry ecosystem, with a focus on forging partnerships and driving joint go-to-market motions. The VP of Marketing will be expected to work closely with the business development team and be recognized as a key connector in the AI infrastructure industry.
