Associate Director, Commercial AI & Advanced Analytics

Job Overview Associate Director, Commercial AI & Advanced Analytics – Horsham, PA. Lead AI‑driven initiatives in Immunology, bridging commercial, medical, and patient data to drive decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Serve as product owner and single point of contact for advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions supporting the Immunology therapeutic area. Partner with commercial, data strategy, media, and IT stakeholders to shape and evolve the customer and patient engagement roadmap. Identify and quantify critical opportunities across HCP, medical, and patient journeys, determining where and how AI‑driven interventions add value. Evaluate data sources and methodologies to continuously improve predictive and prescriptive capabilities. Establish measurement frameworks and assess impact using leading and lagging indicators, including marketing mix modeling and A/B testing. Act as a change leader and advocate, fostering new ways of thinking about AI and advanced analytics across commercial functions. Collaborate closely with HCC, privacy, and legal teams to embed compliance and patient confidentiality in all solutions. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, medical strategy, management consulting, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD preferred. Experience managing budgets exceeding $2 M annually. Hands‑on experience integrating and analyzing healthcare data sources such as claims, electronic health records, lab results, specialty pharmacy, SDOH/consumer, and patient hub data. Demonstrated delivery of AI‑driven initiatives within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. Strong expertise in predictive analytics and machine learning techniques and their real‑world application. Proven ability to influence across functions and levels, including internal teams and external alliance partners. Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and comfort operating in a fast‑changing, ambiguous environment. Additional Information Up to 10% domestic travel required. Pay Base pay range: $137,000 to $235,750 USD.
