ASPHALT PLANT OPERATOR

Asphalt Plant OperatorResponsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Operate and maintain asphalt plant in a safe and efficient mannerManage schedules/hours as well as daily duties for all plant personnelCommunicate with internal and external customers with daily orders and needsTrack inventories of incoming and outgoing productsParticipate in quality control and safety programsOperate equipment, perform asphalt plant maintenance, and other misc. duties as directed by supervisorAbility and desire to work in a high-pressure environmentThis position will/may include nights and weekend shifts during the paving season.
