Job Title IT Administrative Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Associate to provide technical support to internal employees. The successful candidate will assist with troubleshooting network outages, handle voicemail box setup, and offer Tier 1 support. This role involves a balanced mix of phone and email communication. Responsibilities Provide technical support to internal employees. Troubleshoot network outages and open trouble tickets with circuit vendors as necessary, including individual stores' internet circuits. Set up, configure, and delete voicemail boxes. Write clear and comprehensive documentation. Communicate effectively via phone and email, primarily with internal employees and occasionally with vendors. Essential Skills Strong customer service skills. At least 1 year of experience in customer service performing technical support. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND. This is a fully onsite position. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
