IT Support Helpdesk Technician

Salary: $115,000 - 155,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong communication, time-management, organization, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Apple iOS, and Android
• Knowledge of Office 365, O365 administration, and Teams administration
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Directory Services/LDAP
• Preferred: Knowledge of security technologies such as antivirus, endpoint security software, or MDM
• Preferred: Knowledge of help desk or ticketing systems
• Preferred: Two years of help desk experience
• Ability to commute to our Fargo, ND office; this is an in-person role

• Provide local IT support and respond to company requests through our ticketing system
• Troubleshoot client hardware and application issues involving switches, wireless networks, printers, PCs, and handheld devices
• Process user procurement requests through our designated channel
• Onboard clients by installing, configuring, and upgrading software, hardware, and operating systems
• Follow up with clients, provide feedback, and coordinate issues through resolution
• Maintain client IT documentation and update or close tickets as needed
• Assist with projects as requested
• Manage time effectively while handling local support and ticket-based requests
