On The Table Group is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations across multiple Ohio and Indiana locations. This hands-on role covers compliance, benefits, onboarding, records management, and employee inquiries, with occasional travel to restaurant locations. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in HR, knowledge of FLSA/FMLA/ADA/EEO and I-9/E-Verify, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft 365. #J-18808-Ljbffr On the Table
