In Home Sales Consultant

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia is looking for In Home Sales Consultants to join its growing team. This is a full‑time position in a fast‑paced, energetic, deadline‑driven environment. What You’ll Be Doing You will be visiting our customers in their homes, to consult and identify the product that will fit their needs. You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services. You will have industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale. You will commit to a customer service experience from start to end. What You Bring 2+ years in‑home or outside sales experience. A proven track record of closing sales. A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations. Self‑motivation and results orientation. College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Benefits Potential for unlimited six‑figure income. This position is a full commission position after 8 weeks of salary during the training period. Your first eight weeks is considered a training period. Your weekly salary will consist of $700 per week for a full 8 weeks. As a full‑time Design Consultant after 8 weeks, you will be switched to a compensation package that consists of commission only. This will give you an opportunity to maximize your earnings in an uncapped commission capacity.
