Job Description

Ready to Lead Projects That Truly Matter?

Golden Construction is looking for a driven, high-performing Project Manager who’s ready to take ownership, lead with confidence, and build projects that make a real impact.

This isn’t just another PM role. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful healthcare construction projects across the West Coast—projects that directly improve patient care, strengthen communities, and shape the future of medical facilities.

If you thrive on responsibility, leadership, and seeing your projects through from concept to completion, we want to talk to you.

Why Golden Construction?

Lead Meaningful Healthcare Projects
We specialize in building healthcare facilities that serve communities and save lives. Your work won’t just be measured in square footage—it will be measured in impact.

Autonomy & Trust
We hire leaders, not task managers. You’ll have the authority to make decisions, solve problems, and drive results.

Growth Without Limits
As we expand, so do your opportunities. This is a place where strong Project Managers grow into senior leadership.

Collaborative, Forward-Thinking Culture
We value initiative, accountability, and creative problem-solving. You won’t get buried in red tape—you’ll be empowered to perform.

What You’ll Do

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Allocate resources and ensure teams are set up for success.
• Manage subcontractors, field teams, and vendor performance.
• Interface with architects, engineers, inspectors, city officials, and clients.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders to protect project profitability.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and above expectations.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to drive accountability.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A passion for building projects that matter.

What You’ll Gain

• Competitive compensation with performance growth potential.
• Health, dental, and vision coverage.
• 401(k).
• Paid time off and company holidays.
• A leadership role where your decisions truly shape outcomes.

This is more than a job—it’s your opportunity to lead projects that improve lives.

If you're ready to take ownership, build with purpose, and grow with a company that’s expanding fast, Golden Construction is ready for you.

Apply today and let’s build something meaningful together.
