Collaborate with clients on patent strategies. Draft and file patent applications. Analyze technical documents and prior art. Requirements 1–2 years of patent prosecution experience. Patent bar membership. Background in physics, engineering, or related disciplines. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Superior academic credentials. Education B.S./B.A. in a relevant field; advanced degrees preferred. Certifications Patent bar membership. Skills Knowledge in AI/ML, solid state physics, quantum computing, or related areas preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
