Finance Manager - Mazda of St Augustine, Morgan Auto Group

Job Training and Advancement Opportunities
Coordinate loan approvals and maintain strong lender relationships
Oversee contracts in transit and ensure accuracy
Lead and train the F&I team
Sell financing, aftermarket products, and extended warranties
Process finance and lease deals accurately and efficiently
Work with Sales Management to maximize profit and ensure compliance
Ensure collection of all finance and insurance fees
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager
Knowledge of dealership funding processes
Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure
