I’m a State Farm Insurance Agent in Frisco, Texas, with 37 years in the insurance business. One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been mentoring team members, helping them develop professionally, and watching them grow into the best version of themselves.

What You'll Be Doing

This is an active sales and customer-focused position. Success requires consistency, discipline, and a willingness to pick up the phone and create opportunities.

You will be expected to:

• Have a minimum of 5 meaningful sales conversations per day .
• Educate customers and prospects about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with insurance applications.
• Respond to customer questions and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Consistently work toward individual and team goals.
