I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a team of seven. Before joining State Farm, I worked in the mutual funds industry before being recruited to become an agent. I attended college in California and enjoy traveling, hiking, cooking, and finding the balance between working hard and having fun. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency supports local women's organizations and enjoys participating in community events throughout the year. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
