What You'll Do As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
- Complete Form I-9 employment eligibility verification and onboarding documentation.
- Manage the hiring process for temporary employees, adjunct faculty, and student work-study positions.
- Coordinate on-campus interviews and support recruitment efforts.
- Administer the College's performance management processes (EPMS and FPMS).
- Coordinate Position Description updates and Position Control.
- Serve as the primary in-office Human Resources representative.
- Coordinate HR events, orientations, and employee engagement activities.
- Help improve HR processes through technology and innovation.
- Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.
- Is highly organized and manages multiple priorities with ease.
- Learns new technology quickly and looks for smarter ways to work.
- Provides exceptional customer service.
- Communicates professionally and builds positive relationships.
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment.
- Is dependable, accountable, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
