Assist in managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance. Support contract administration, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to maintain project progress. Track project costs and assist with financial reporting and forecasting. Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts. Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience supporting ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects. Exposure to warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, food and beverage, or light industrial projects preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of project management processes and construction documentation. Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within a collaborative construction team.
