In this role, you’ll be a key player in keeping financial operations running smoothly—handling high-volume transactions, partnering cross-functionally, and ensuring accuracy every step of the way. If you’re organized, collaborative, and love solving discrepancies, this could be a great fit for you.
W What You’ll Do
- Process and review a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure clean and up-to-date financial records
- Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Utilize an ERP system to manage and track accounts payable activity
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Investigate and follow up on unpaid or disputed invoices
