As our Sous Chef, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Preparing and executing high-quality German cuisine and other menu items.
• Leading and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
• Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborating on menu development and seasonal specials.
• Supporting catering events and food truck operations as needed.

We’re searching for a culinary professional who brings passion, creativity, and leadership to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on high-quality cuisine.
• A strong understanding of German cuisine and techniques (or a willingness to learn!).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
