What You'll Do

• Deliver anesthesia care for adult and limited pediatric surgical procedures, including general, neurosurgical, and deep sedation/MAC cases
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, perioperative staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Conduct preoperative assessments and patient education
• Administer anesthetics, monitor patients, and manage ventilation techniques
• Oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia practices
• Respond effectively to patient emergencies during procedures
• Document care accurately in Epic EMR
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

What You Need

• Current Michigan RN license and NBCRNA certification
• Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Minimum of several years of anesthesiology experience; no new graduates
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
