Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Henry Ford Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated anesthesia care team at the Henry Ford Dearborn Surgery Center in Dearborn, Michigan. Job Description:

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia, including general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care, in collaboration with surgeons and healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Potentially administer anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics.
• Provide airway management services as needed.
• Travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary.
• No lapsed or new graduate candidates
• Not open to Locum and/or Locum to Perm candidates
• Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again
• Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
• Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described above

Practice Environment:

• HFMG Surgery Centers handle a wide range of cases: total hips and knees, plastic, sports medicine, orthopedics, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgery.
• Ambulatory Division includes over 40 CRNAs and 10 senior staff physicians providing high-quality, fast-paced care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
• $40,000 sign-on bonus

• Board Certified CRNA [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
• Active Michigan RN License (must have in hand at time of presentation, no exceptions) [REQUIRED]
• ACLS and BLS certifications [REQUIRED]
• At least 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training) [REQUIRED]
• Must have required certifications active at start [REQUIRED]
• Must be willing to travel to other ambulatory sites occasionally [REQUIRED]
• Clean Malpractice/License History [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start) [REQUIRED]
• CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) [REQUIRED]
