Make a Difference in Adult Day Care

Elderhaus at the Lake is seeking a caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Adult Day Center team. In this role, you’ll support older adults in a social, engaging, and safe daytime environment—helping them maintain independence and quality of life.

What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you will:

• Assist participants with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Support and participate in daily activities and enrichment programs
• Monitor participant well-being and report changes in health or behavior to nursing staff
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe day center environment
• Assist with meal setup and light assistance as appropriate
• Provide support with participant mobility and transportation assistance when needed
• Document care provided and follow individualized care plans
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

What We’re Looking For

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (or ability to meet required competencies) [
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience working with seniors or medically fragile individuals preferred
• CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
