One-on-one care: Flexible scheduling: Part-time shifts with the opportunity to grow into full-time.
Training & support: Paid training, ongoing education, and direct office support.
Bi-weekly pay, Paid Time Off (PTO), direct deposit.
Growth opportunities: Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene).
Provide meal planning, preparation, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping.
NA1 caregivers: may perform additional nursing tasks under RN supervision (catheter care, special procedures, etc., per NC Board of Nursing).
Current CNA certification listed on the NC Nurse Aide Registry.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
Ability to work two weekends per month as needed.
