My client is a leading Midwest infrastructure design firm is seeking a Senior Roadway Project Manager to join its growing team. This established civil engineering company provides professional services to state, municipal, and private sector clients, specializing in complex transportation and high-level interstate roadway projects.

Senior Roadway Project Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex design projects and ensure cross-discipline coordination.
• Balance personnel utilization with professional development opportunities.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior-level design staff.
• Handle comprehensive project management and budget duties.
• Support firm growth by expanding clients and service offerings.
• Lead proposal and presentation preparation alongside marketing teams.
• Maintain exceptional client relationships and satisfaction levels.
• Participate actively in local professional engineering affiliations.

Senior Roadway Project Manager Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
• Professional Engineer (PE) License registered in Indiana.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in roadway design.
• Expertise in conceptual, preliminary, and final plan production.
• Strong familiarity with Indiana DOT details and design guidelines.
• Prior experience managing an engineering group or department.
