Web Manager

Job Title: Web Manager Rockford Fosgate, a high-performance audio manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Web Manager to join our in-house Creative team. This is a highly visible role responsible for owning and maintaining our digital presence across Rockford Fosgate websites. We are looking for someone who has a passion for brand, user experience, and the audio lifestyle and culture. This role reports directly to the Creative Director and works closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, IT, and external partners to ensure our websites are visually strong, easy to use, high performing, and ADA compliant at all times. Key Responsibilities: Own the day-to-day management of Rockford Fosgate website(s), including updates, publishing, QA, and ongoing improvements Execute website design, layout, and visual standards in alignment with Creative direction and brand guidelines Partner with the Creative Director to implement design updates, brand evolutions, and visual refreshes Support product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives by ensuring timely and accurate web execution Manage website structure, navigation, and templates to support storytelling, usability, and performance Ensure the website always remains ADA compliant and adheres to WCAG accessibility standards Perform regular accessibility audits and coordinate remediation with internal teams and external partners Review all new content, features, and campaigns for accessibility prior to launch Manage CMS workflows, publishing standards, and content governance Monitor website performance, usability, and engagement metrics and recommend improvements Optimize page performance, SEO fundamentals, and cross-device experience Serve as the primary web liaison between Creative, Marketing, Product, IT, and outside agencies Coordinate with IT and vendors on hosting stability, security, backups, and technical issue resolution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience managing websites in a creative or marketing-driven environment Strong understanding of UX/UI, website best practices, accessibility standards, and performance optimization Experience working within a CMS environment Familiarity with ADA and WCAG accessibility requirements and ongoing compliance workflows Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for brand, design, and delivering high-quality digital experiences Preferred Skills Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end fundamentals Experience with analytics and tag management tools Experience working with external development agencies Background supporting campaign-driven or product-heavy websites About Rockford & Benefits Rockford Fosgate is an equal opportunity employer located in Tempe, Arizona.
