Certifications Required: - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) before starting date/on hire - BLS (Basic Life Support) before starting date/on hire - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) before starting date/on hire - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) before starting date/on hire - CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) before starting date/on hire - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) before starting date/on hire - ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) within 90 days of hire Requested Skill Set: - 2 years experience in a Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume 100,000 visit ED. - Previous HCA experience preferred. - Must have: 2 years experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting, teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real-time. - Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED.
