You already know which pharmacies buy dermatology, rare-condition, and specialty-formulation generics, and you know what it takes to win and keep that business. What you need is a distributor with the product depth to say "yes" more often, and a pay plan that rewards you for the high-AWP, high-reimbursement accounts you’ve built.

At Oak Drugs, that is exactly the business we want to grow. This role is dedicated to higher-ticket specialty generics, not commodity price-matching. You will be selling into the space where your expertise and relationships matter most, with an uncapped commission plan that puts six figures within reach.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Grow your existing pharmacy relationships in specialty and high-reimbursement generics
\n
• Sell across dermatology, rare conditions, and specialty versions of common generics with higher AWP and stronger reimbursement
\n
• Open new independent, specialty, LTC, and small-chain pharmacy accounts nationwide
\n
• Help pharmacy owners improve margins with the right product mix, cost-saving alternatives, and hard-to-source items
\n
• Negotiate pricing and offerings, and keep customers coming back with responsive, reliable service
\n
• Work fully remote, with the independence to run your territory your way
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• Required: Current or recent (within the last 12 months) sales experience with a secondary pharmaceutical distributor
\n
• Strongly preferred: Established relationships with pharmacies that purchase specialty, high-AWP generics
\n
• A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
\n
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, and the confidence to prospect without getting discouraged
\n
• Self-motivated and organized, with solid Excel skills
\n

Pay: $42,000+ base salary (based on experience and established book of business), PLUS uncapped commission and bonus.
