Ignite Digital is seeking a skilled Technical Analyst II to support a U.S. Navy Software Maintenance Program in the Norfolk, VA region. This role plays a key part in helping Navy stakeholders maintain, modernize, and optimize critical software systems across the fleet. We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who thrives in mission-focused environments and enjoys tackling complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and refinement of technical specifications, system processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Conduct process analysis and design activities to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and enhance system performance.
• Apply analytical and logical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with Navy program personnel, engineering teams, logistics specialists, and software maintainers to ensure technical requirements are well-defined and accurately represented.
• Assist in evaluating software maintenance approaches, interface requirements, human-system interactions, and system usability considerations.
• Prepare and present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

• Physical Sciences
• Computer Science
• Mathematics
• Psychology (Psychology degrees are acceptable only if coursework includes Human Systems Interface (HSI) and Human Factors Engineering (HFE).)

Required Experience:

• Currently possess a DoW SECRET Security clearance
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in:
• Technical specifications development
  • Process analysis and design
  • Technical problem solving
  • Analytical/logical thinking
• Experience supporting DoW C4ISR, maintenance, logistics, or business systems is strongly desired.
• Other relevant industry experience supporting complex technical solutions may be considered with COR approval.

Salary: $70k+ to align with experience and education
