Role Description

The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of legal tasks, including advising clients on legal matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and engaging in negotiation and litigation preparations. The role also involves providing counsel on labor and employment law as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Wethersfield, CT, requiring a dedicated professional to work collaboratively in a dynamic legal environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Law, including case preparation and litigation processes
• Sound knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice to clients
• Experience in conducting thorough Research on legal precedents and case law
• Skillful in Negotiation to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law, with preference for admission to Connecticut Bar
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
