Fogo de Chão is hiring a Gaucho Chef to prepare and grill traditional churrasco meats, season to guests’ requests, and plate with Brazilian gaucho flair. You will answer guests’ questions about churrasco and maintain grill area cleanliness, while performing opening/closing duties as needed.
