Sr. RF Design Engineer

*Description*

Preferred Qualifications
*Experience with SATCOM, tactical communications, or radar systems.
*Familiarity with adaptive tuning, optimization, and error correction techniques.
*Experience supporting system integration and field testing.
*Exposure to defense or government programs.

Required Qualifications:
*Must have an active DoD Security Clearance
*Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
*8+ years of experience in RF systems, communications engineering, or related fields.
*Experience in the design, implementation, and analysis of communication systems.
*Proficiency with SDR frameworks such as GNU Radio, REDHAWK, or similar.
*Experience with C/C++ for embedded or systems-level applications.
*Experience with modeling, simulation, and system validation techniques.
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
*Contribute to the design and development of RF communication systems for defense and secure applications.
*Develop, analyze, and validate models for communications and RF-based systems.
*Design and implement signal processing algorithms.
*Support software-defined radio (SDR) development using frameworks such as GNU Radio, REDHAWK, or similar.
*Participate in system integration, testing, and validation activities, including hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) testing.
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including software, hardware, and cybersecurity engineers.
*Document technical work and present findings to internal stakeholders and program teams.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $185000.00/yr.
