Project Manager - T&D/Substation

Electrical Utilities – Up to $200,000 per year – Free Benefits Salary: $120,000 – $200,000 per year Benefits Compensation: Up to $200,000 per year 100% company-paid insurance 3 weeks paid time off Yearly bonuses 401(k) with employer match Significant advancement opportunity Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, and budgeting. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Oversee the installation of electrical utilities and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders. Resolve any issues or delays that may impact the project timeline or budget. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant experience leading HV Transmission, Distribution, and/or Substation projects. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager. Proven experience in budgeting, contract management, cost control, scheduling, and electrical utilities. Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
