What You Will Do Role Execute strategic sales processes to identify, qualify, and close on sales opportunities. Own outcomes with accountability by managing sales goals and ensuring the highest level of service. How You Will Do It Persuasively present Johnson Controls’ offerings to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and market trends. What We Look For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred). 5+ years of successful HVAC equipment field sales experience. Proven commitment to integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Strong initiative and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Hiring Salary Range: $72,000 (salary dependent on education, experience, and market alignment). Includes a competitive Sales Incentive Plan and comprehensive benefits package.
