Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

The Scheduler at University of Southern California Health Center performs clerical and communication duties, scheduling patient appointments, registering new patients, and answering phones. He/She ensures accurate coding and insurance verification within the EMR system, collaborating with physicians and staff to deliver excellent customer service.
