Remote Operations Manager: Dispatch & Process Excellence

Southeastern Facility Maintenance is seeking an Operations Manager to own day-to-day field operations, including dispatch, admin, and job lifecycle from open to close. You will ensure systems stay accurate, enforce policies, and drive efficiency across dispatch, admin, and field teams in Florida.

Ideal candidates bring proven operations management experience in dispatch or field service, strong communication, and a solutions-oriented mindset to identify and fix broken processes as we scale.
