Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals seeking mental health services, determining their specific needs and the appropriateness of recommendations for treatment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to identify the need for additional services, referring patients to appropriate levels of care or community-based programs that support recovery.

• Engage in regular communication with leadership by participating in case reviews and discussing clinical and administrative challenges to ensure the highest level of care for clients.

• Supervise and guide behavioral health therapists in their daily responsibilities, ensuring adherence to established protocols while conducting annual performance evaluations and upholding clinical operational standards.

• Maintain daily documentation of clinical productivity and caseload management, utilizing electronic health record systems as per the organization's policies.

• Actively participate in the quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives of the program, contributing to the ongoing development of therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Clear Mind Counseling Center, you will primarily work with adults who are experiencing challenges related to substance use and mental health disorders. The patient population is diverse, requiring culturally competent and individualized care approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a master's degree in social work is required, along with a valid and active LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
