Our passion for positively impacting the lives of residents, administrators, and healthcare professionals drives our commitment to continuously innovate and redefine senior care across the country.Job SummaryMedElite is seeking a dynamic and experienced Region Director to oversee and manage the Provider experience and Facility/Client satisfaction. The Region Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring that MedElite is providing the necessary support to our field staff, who are supporting our client facilities through direct patient care.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate communication regarding policy and process updates, questions related to HTR and Care Management reportsWork with MedElite internal teams on making adjustments when needed, based on feedback from our providers, regional representatives, and MedElite corporate office to ensure the alignment of MedElite's operational procedures with facilities' initiatives and existing proceduresAct as the facility liaison and manage new service requestsAct as the primary point of contact for Facility providers, including Medical Directors, Specialists, and PCPsProvide support for field providers regarding any matters outside of daily operations: documentation and coding questions, clarification of MedElite policies, billing questions, etc.Conduct in-person facility site visits, on an as-needed basis, including quarterly meetings with the assigned Medical DirectorsAddress provider performance and productivity based on audit results, timeliness, and quality of documentation, compliance issues, etc.Handle escalations from the account manager related to MedElite/Infinite facilities and providersConfirm facility contacts and explain the role of each, e.g., Specialty Scheduling contact, HTR Reports, AI daily reports, etc.Partner with Sales staff to support growth efforts through presentations to prospective accounts and facility assessmentsRequirementsActive RN or NP LicenseBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a clinically related degree such as nursingMinimum 4 years of experience in supporting staff and providers in a Clinical Setting, sales experience, and/or experience as an RN/NP in a long-term care settingStrong leadership skills with proven experience in handling employee escalations, customer service, and problem-solvingStrategic thinker with a passion for providing support to clinical staff and impacting outcomes for patients in a long-term care settingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teamsDemonstrated knowledge of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT)Computer work including keyboard and mouse use for extended periods. Occasional travel.
