This role will focus on managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, ranging from $100K to $500K in size. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in property and casualty insurance, exceptional client service skills, and a proven ability to manage and grow a book of business. Quote new and renewal business, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account management. Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional products and services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 7+ years in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of success. Account Expertise : Experience managing generalist accounts ranging from $100K to $500K in size. Technical Skills : Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools. Soft Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
