Technical Support Analyst :: Petersburg, VA (Hybrid)

Technical Support Analyst - Petersburg, VA Duration: 3 months (Hybrid) Job Summary: Seeking for a Technical Support Analyst (IT Service Support- PC Refresh) for IT Operations Center to support IT requests, communicate regional IT needs, and act as a regional representative. Responsibilities include scheduling refresh appointments, imaging, deploying, data transferring, app installation, and hardware setup and troubleshooting. Candidates should have experience managing their own work and coordinating directly with users. Responsibilities:
- Identify regional needs for hardware, software, and projects.
- Communicate regional needs to the IT Operations Center.
- Provide strategic and tactical support to achieve Operations Center goals.
- Guide users to appropriate help resources.
- Assist staff with troubleshooting hardware, software, and phone issues.
- Advise on technology usage and communicate needs to the IT Operations Center.
- Coordinate with Asset Management, PC Refresh, and other IT services.
- Escalate urgent issues to relevant departments.
- Track and report on initiatives, needs, and action items.
- Communicate updates on technologies, policies, and procedures to the region.
- 1 year of experience in IT Service Management: Incident, Change, Service Request, and Asset Management.
- 1 year of experience with MS 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Forms, SharePoint, Teams, Bookings).
- 1 year of experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
- 1 year of experience in professional communication and work management.
- 1 year of experience writing clear technical emails and following up with users.
- 1 year of experience in technical meetings to gather information.
- 1 year of basic understanding and research ability for troubleshooting technology.
- 1 year of experience in PC Refresh projects.
