- Up to 15 hours per week (part-time)
- Record and categorize transactions accurately (income/expenses)
- Track and process vendor invoices (coding, documentation, approvals, filing)
- Maintain organized digital records (invoices, receipts, contracts, supporting docs)
- Assist with monthly reporting and basic reconciliations
- Track recurring expenses and flag unusual charges or missing documentation
- Coordinate with management on exceptions, discrepancies, and urgent items
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Clear written communication and documentation habits
- Ability to handle financial information confidentially
- Experience supporting property operations, facilities, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with AP/AR workflows and reconciliations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole)
