• Develop and nurture relationships with business owners, investors, and property owners to facilitate successful commercial transactions.
• Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes, ensuring a seamless and informed experience.

• Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and conditions in all transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and strategies, enhancing overall team performance.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential deals, ensuring consistent progress towards sales targets.
• Utilize company systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance client service delivery.

• Real Estate license or in the process of getting one. No experience required
