Remote Patient Access Case Manager

To support a leading healthcare organization, the full-time Remote Pharmacy Benefits Case Manager will manage patient cases from benefit verification through medication delivery while working 40 hours per week in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Receive inbound and outbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and insurance companies Complete insurance benefit investigations and assist with prior authorizations, appeals, and reimbursement processes Educate patients on insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and available support programs while maintaining accurate records Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred 2-4 years of experience in healthcare, patient support, case management, or customer service preferred Previous Hub Services or Patient Support Program experience preferred Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance plans preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
