and the job listing Expires on June 14, 2026 Internship Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics & Finance Assist with preparing and issuing customer invoices, statements, and billing documents Help record customer payments accurately and maintain payment records Support follow-up on outstanding invoices and customer balances Assist in resolving basic billing discrepancies and payment issues Maintain and update customer account information in the accounting system Organize and file billing-related documents and records Accounts Payable Support Assist with entering vendor invoices and maintaining AP records Help prepare vendor payments, including checks and electronic payments Organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation Respond to basic vendor inquiries and escalate issues when necessary Administrative & Reporting Support Assist with account reconciliations and month-end documentation preparation Help maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets Support internal audits and documentation requests Perform data entry and other clerical accounting tasks as assigned Cross-Functional Collaboration Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding billing and payment matters Provide administrative support to accounting, tax, and operations teams Perform other office and accounting support duties as assigned Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits & credits, general ledger concepts) Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, spreadsheets) Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience in a small or mid-sized company environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
