Director, U.S. Energy Business Development Houston, TX A global energy and infrastructure leader is launching in the U.S. power market — and we're helping them find the person who will originate and grow it. This is a strategic, ground-floor role to drive market entry, build industry relationships, and close utility-scale energy deals across Texas and the U.S. What you'll own Building and executing the U.S. market-entry and growth strategy Originating and managing a pipeline of BESS, solar, and power generation opportunities Building relationships with IPPs, developers, EPCs, utilities, and key stakeholders Leading negotiations on EPC contracts, commercial terms, and risk allocation What we\'re looking for 15+ years in power generation, energy/project development, or business development Hands-on GREENFIELD battery storage (BESS) experience — this is a must A track record originating, negotiating, and closing large-scale energy deals Texas / ERCOT market experience strongly preferred The details Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 base If you have a strong Texas energy network and a history of closing greenfield storage and power deals, I\'d love to connect #J-18808-Ljbffr KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing
