Schedule Full-time, seasonal Monday – Friday Some Saturdays during peak season Early morning start times Consistent hours + overtime available What You’ll Do Apply fertilizer, weed control, aeration, and seeding services Run a daily route and complete scheduled applications Work outdoors on residential properties Communicate with customers professionally Use a mobile app to document services Spot lawn issues and recommend solutions Keep equipment and vehicles clean and organized What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license with clean record Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Reliable and shows up ready to work Good communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail This is not a desk job. You’ll be outside, moving all day, and working in the elements. But if you like staying active, working independently, and seeing the results of your work every day — you’ll love it.
