Position: W2 Data Center Technician Location: Belleville, IL; Dalton, GA; Lithia Springs, GA; Sandusky, Ohio; Barstow, Texas; COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado (5 Days onsite) Duration: Contract Job ID: 178196 Job Overview The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Service Engineer will ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime. Provide technical support and training to customers and end‑users. Document service activities, including reports and updates to management. Collaborate with internal teams to improve product performance and customer experience. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in a service engineering or technical support role. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
