Job Position: Aftermarket Specialist
Location: Carol Stream,IL60188 Pay Rate: $26.00/hr Shift: First Description: Aftermarket Specialist Carol Stream, IL Pay rate- $26-$30HR Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Work Model: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aftermarket Specialist to support both new and existing customers in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. This role involves troubleshooting customer issues, managing accounts, and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide B2B customer service support to new and existing clients Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Check inventory and stock availability using internal systems Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns Support new and renewed customer contracts Work with new and refurbished parts in a manufacturing environment Qualifications: Previous customer service experience (B2B preferred) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage and resolve escalations professionally Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department's Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at View phone number on click.appcast.io or email at View email address on click.appcast.io Total Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
